I was born in Fresno, California and has lived in the Fresno/Clovis area all of my life and am fortunate to have almost all of my family living here as well. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing from California State University, Fresno in 2004. I was a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity, Order of Omega Honor Society and the Armenian Student's Organization. I have been a real estate licensee since Spring of 2003 and have been an active Realtor since June of 2004. In December of 2005, I received my Real Estate Broker's License and proudly work as a Broker-Associate at Realty Concepts. Since November of 2007 I have been specializing in bank-owned (REO/Foreclosure).  Currently I am a Local Listing Broker for Pemco, LTD an asset manager for HUD homes.  I pride myself in being organized, tech-savvy, personable and a problem-solver.
